New Concept - Ice Cream Cabinet

Part of my internship with Impact Online involved creating posts for Sandro's Journal - Glasgow-based catering design firm New Concept's blog.

I was given several topics the company wanted to publicise, as well as a number of related quotes obtained by my colleague.

One of these regarded a new ice cream display cabinet which New Concept supplied. As it was the middle of summer when the post was written, I used the hot weather as the basis for the post. I also linked to other posts written on the blog.

New Concept - Killermont Parish

During my internship with Impact Online I was tasked with publicising some of the work of Glasgow-based kitchen design firm New Concept.

One of the company's clients was a parish church, who had renovated in order to open up a café.

I spoke to Killermont Parish Church's Mission Group convenor, while my colleague spoke to New Concept's sales director. These quotes formed the press release, which was then sent to a number of relevant publications, including local newspapers, catering publications and church magazines.

It was featured in the Milngavie and Bearsden Herald (pictured).
